ManyMinds is operated by an individual operator based in India. Contact: hello@manyminds.in.

• Prompt and output text: stored as SHA-256 hashes by default. Plaintext is opt-in only.
• Email address: only when you sign in (post-beta) or contact us via hello@manyminds.in.
• IP address: kept transiently for anonymous rate limiting; not retained beyond the rate-limit window.
• No payment data is collected during beta. When the paid tier launches, payment is handled by Stripe; we never see card details.

• Service delivery — running your comparison.
• Abuse prevention — rate limiting, spam protection.
• Optional debugging if you opt in to plaintext storage.
• Account management once auth ships in a later phase.

• Train models on user data.
• Sell user data, ever.
• Use prompts to improve the bias-detection engine without explicit consent.

DynamoDB in the AWS us-west-2 region, behind least-privilege IAM. Stripe handles payment data when the paid tier launches.

30 days default for analysis records (DynamoDB TTL). You can delete sooner via the UI once auth ships.

GDPR Articles 15–17 grant rights to access, correction, and deletion. Email hello@manyminds.in to exercise. CCPA-equivalent rights are honoured for users in California.

A minimal session cookie and your theme preference. No analytics cookies in v1. We use Plausible for traffic analytics on marketing pages — Plausible doesn’t set cookies or use fingerprinting.

ManyMinds is not for users under 13 (US COPPA) or under 16 (EU GDPR).
